I am a licensed professional counselor who enjoys helping others on their path toward wellness. I treat adults holistically and frequently work with those who suffer from a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. In addition to traditional counseling methods, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), yoga techniques, and clinical hypnosis. I am a registered yoga teacher and have completed the subtle yoga teacher training that focuses on using yoga to improve emotional well-being.
I then retrained in counseling and am so much happier. The work is a great fit and is so meaningful. I also like that there is always room to grow, learn more and get better. I spend a lot of time keeping current, reflecting on my skills. and learning new stuff.
